The suppliers we use are dedicated trade timber merchants and manufacturers working in the construction industry.
3 / What if i want someone to build it for me?
By using our network of vetted installers we can get you quotes and put you in contact with installers local to you who we trust to do a good job on your garden room
4 / Is the design compliant with UK building regs?
The design meets all UK building regulations and industry standards. The Timber Design Studio has over 20 years in the industry
5 / How soon can i start once i buy the digital kit?
The digital kit is an instant download and you will be ready with all the information you need. It's then just a matter of finding a supplier or installer, agreeing the quote, and scheduling a date.
6 / What materials can be supplied?
We can connect you with suppliers of the structure (floors, walls roofs) along with external battens and cladding. We can also connect you with Window and Door suppliers.
7 / What if I want a bespoke design?
From small modifications to existing designs, to complete bespoke designs we can work with you to achieve the garden room result you want. Costs will be variable depending on scope
8 / What about the foundation?
There are various methods at different price points which we explain at length in the guidebook. Our preferred method is to use concrete pads and we can put you in contact with suppliers at request
